About Arlington Heights, IL - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Arlington Heights is a village with about 75,000 residents in Cook County, Illinois. Originally a farming town, Arlington Heights has grown steadily since land was first sold there in 1835.  This is partially due to the Union Pacific Railroad building a stop in town, which led the way for the community to become a commuter suburb for those who worked in Chicago.  The residents of the town have a local man by the name of William Dunton to thank for that. He was able to persuade the railroad to come through the small town.  The weather in this part of the world is seasonal and each season brings its own special atmosphere to the town.  Watch as the town transitions from one beautiful landscape to another. Enjoy the bright and sunny summers, snowy-white winters, orange and red autumns and blooming and bright springs.  In short, it is the best of all worlds.

If you are looking for a great way to spend a day out and about, one of the best known attractions in Arlington Heights is the racetrack.  Arlington Park Racecourse is a wonderful way to spend a warm, spring or summer day with your family. The stunning and amenity-filled track is open from May to September for a “day at the races.” However, the track’s sports bar is open in the cooler seasons and the track holds plenty of festivities and events year-round.    There are activities for kids, concerts, parties, trivia nights and more both during racing season AND the off-season.

If you are a lover of music and the arts, then this village also has plenty for you to see and do. The town’s concert band has been playing regularly for residents and community members since the late 1970’s.  In addition, you can attend a show at the Metropolis Performing Arts Center.  The center holds wonderful shows on a regular basis and attracts performers from all over the country.  In addition, they have a school of performing arts for both adults and children.  Beat the heat of the summer or escape the icy winter while enjoying one of the fantastic shows at the center – you can even take in a show put on by local students!
